Assistant Headteacher: Miss Hutton

It is a huge privilege to take on the role as Assistant Head this academic year. I have been working at St Helen’s Primary School since I first began teaching 7 years ago and I am hugely passionate about my role as a teacher. Since starting at St Helen’s Primary school, I have worked across a range of different year groups which has given me an excellent knowledge of progression of pupils' learning across all areas of the curriculum. I have also been Maths lead for a number of years, working to improve the standards of Maths across school and instill a love of Maths in the classroom.

I believe in putting children at the heart of what we do and supporting pupils at all levels to reach their full potential and be aspirational.
